International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Delays & Lost Packages

Beware of Scams & Frauds

DO NOT ACCEPT TAMPERED PACKETS! AND REFUSE THEM FROM DOORSTEP. As Rick Preston is not responsible for what happens after accepting delivery.

Rick Preston’s packages are packed properly and double checked by the team. Any person calling and asking to prepay in advance before shipping might be potential scam. Any Tampered and re-taped package is not how Rick Preston packs the shipments. For any scams like (delivery guy charging more money, or any faulty/changed & removed products from package) , please contact the shipping service for refund (with the image proofs) as Rick Preston is not responsible for such scams happening inside courier hubs or by delivery boys.
