Rick Preston – Returns & Refunds / Exchange Policy

RICK PRESTON PROVIDES EASY EXCHANGES IF YOU HAVE ANY SIZE ISSUES. RICK PRESTON DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS UNDER ANY CONDITION. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE OUR CUSTOMERS TO GO THROUGH SIZING PROPERLY BEFORE CONFIRMATION OF ORDER.

INCASE OF A DAMAGED PRODUCT , WE QUALIFY, CUSTOMERS MUST PROVIDE CLEAR PROOF OF DAMAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. NO RETURNS WILL BE PROCESSED FOR ANY OTHER REASON. OUR EVERY PRODUCT IS DOUBLE CHECKED AND PICTURES ARE STORED FOR EVERY ORDER #. SO IF A RECEIVER DAMAGES PRODUCT ON PURPOSE, IT WONT BE ACCEPTED. 


Exchanges 

24-48 Hour easy exchanges

We offer direct exchanges by contacting customer support via email. 

IMPORTANT : You have only 24-48 hours from the date of delivery to immediately request an exchange . Items must be unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached with the Rick Preston Original Bag. Exchanges won’t be accepted if more than 2 days of delivery have been crossed to ensure the highest standard of quality of product & fair condition for other customers. Exchanges will be only accepted if the size is wrong , you receive different a coloured item by any chance.

24-48 hours Return Window

You have 24-48 hours from the date of delivery to immediately request a return.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached with the Rick Preston Original Bag

  • Returns will not be accepted if tags are removed or the item is damaged.

  • A valid order number or receipt is required.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@rickprestonwear.com within 24-48 hours days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and a valid proof (unpacking video with clear visibility of our shipping label) is mandatory for return. We recommend every customer to shoot an unpacking video for added safety and clarity.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item from our Sales Team.


Refund Process – Gift Card Policy

  • We do not offer direct cash refunds.

  • Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will issue a Rick Preston gift card for the product price ( the exact amount paid by customer except the shipping cost, as it's a shipping service fee and not a part of original product value.)

  • Refund issuing system fee & gateway transfer fee of ₹49 (incl. of taxes) would be applicable which will be deducted from remittance amount.
  • Gift cards can be used to shop anything on our website & they don't have any expiry date.

  • Shipping charges & Partial COD's partial amount are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

  • The Return to Origin charges (plus taxes) faced by company because of customer’s negligence like order change in between, unavailability after multiple delivery attempts,  wrong address & unaccepted delivery, will be faced by customer.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, including those in sale or clearance, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items bought on Clearance sale / Midnight Sale / Festive Sale are a part of final sale items.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Include clear video of unpacking the item and your order details for quick assistance.

Secure your high demand item on discount at the time of pre-booking.

All pre-booked items are considered final sale

PLEASE NOTE EXCHANGES & RETURN ARE UNAVAILABLE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED DURING PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS OR USING DISCOUNT CODES.


PARTIAL - CASH ON DELIVERY

If your item is eligible for partial cash on delivery & upon the delivery, if the parcel is not  accepted / rejected. The token amount is NON - REFUNDABLE. The token amount is the shipping convenience fee , RTO fee and our platform fee.

Incase, if the order is cancelled before the item is shipped / packed , 50% refund will be issued back to customer to their original payment source.
